One of the main responsibilities for the City Clerk's Office is to provide
information to the citizens, city employees, public entities and the
community.
The City Clerk's Office is responsible for keeping the official
records of the City of Horse Cave. These records include ordinances, minutes
of Council meetings, municipal orders, and executive orders. The Clerk's
Office prepares the agenda and related information for Council meetings.
To obtain an official record, please make an Open Records Request at City Hall, 121 Woodlawn Avenue, Horse Cave, KY 42749 by mail, in person, by email (horsecave@hotmail.com) or fax to 270-786-2688 noting the specific document or documents requested along with your signature and how you wish to receive those documents. A reasonable fee may be assessed for necessary copies.
